“Dallas” proved to be the Energizer Bunny as it kept
going and going and going…etc. The 13th season demonstrated
that the series was running out of gas even if the Ewings
were not. The good news is that fans that enjoyed the 13th
season get plenty of episodes to enjoy here—27 to be exact
but keep in mind that quantity doesn’t always translate
to quality. ***
Image & Sound:
With each succeeding season the picture quality for
“Dallas” has suffered a little more. A little less money
was spent on restoring the show. Image quality is OK although
there’s plenty of edge enhancement and colors have faded
a bit. Detail ranges from good to quite fuzzy sometimes
within the same episode. ***
Audio sounds fine with dialogue clear throughout. The
film is presented in English with English subtitles. ---
