It’s about time that this series
has been release on DVD. It was part of the powerhouse after-school
line-up along with Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers. This is the
first volume of a wonderful series. Huey, Dewey, and Louie
are left in the care of their Uncle Scrooge McDuck while Donald
Duck is off to join the Navy. While Uncle Scrooge is a tough
nut to crack at first, soon the boys and their ultra-rich
relate are off on a series of adventures that go through history
and around the world. I know that I learned a lot of my Greek
mythology after school. All the great characters are introduced
in this first volume; Launchpad, Gyro Gearloose, Duckworth,
Webbi and the Beagle Boys.
