The third season of Have Gun Will Travel will go down
as probably the best season in the series' history. Richard
Boone is back as Paladin, who will take any job you give
him for $1,000. Boone himself directs some of these classic
episodes, produced in 1957. The box set includes the third
season of 39 half hour episodes (from episodes 79-117) that
spanned nine months of television (from September to June).
The episodes in this season contribute to one of the greatest
Westerns of all time.
Image & Sound:
The video is perfect, a black and white 1.33:1 ratio,
and the picture is crystal clear. The audio is also very
clear, which sometimes we don't get for shows produced in
the fifties and sixties.***

Features: |
The special features on the third
season of Have Gun Will Travel are pretty interesting to look
at. They include production notes, cast biographies, and behind-the-
scenes episodic information, all of which die-hard fans of
the show will find especially interesting.*** |

Final Words:
|
Where's Have
Gun Will Travel will go down as one of the best written and
best directed western shows, along with greats like Bonanza
and Gunsmoke. Every episode is perfect, and the seven disc
box set is worth the price. |
