A show like La Femme Nikita is solely brought to DVD
for the fans. The show lasted for only 5 years, but the
producer of this show went on to create 24 so I guess we
can't all despise it's campy entertainment. The show is
basically Charlie's Angels minus 2. We have a strong sexy
female lead who is skilled at everything she does, we have
tense espionage and exciting action, amazing sex appeal,
and the very underdeveloped dialogue. The show isn't bad,
it's very enjoyable for what it is. Five seasons of this
is by far all we needed, and the DVD's make for a good addition
for the fans to own.
Image & Sound:
The show is presented in fullscreen with a Dolby 2.0
track. The show's picture is quite nice since it aired in
the late 90's. Colors are all sharp and the picture quality
overall is nice. The 2.0 track satisfies the show as well.

The featurettes are few here, but we've seen enough
on the previous season sets. The commentaries are nice to
listen to, and the deleted scenes are also interesting to
look at.

A mediocre show that finds a
nice home on DVD with this fourth season set should please
its dedicated fans. |
