The premise of the series Numb3rs revolves around FBI
Agent Don Eppes (Rob Morrow, Northern Exposure) and his
professor brother Charlie (David Krumholtz, The Santa Clause),
who uses his mathemical skills to help his sibling and his
team solve the most difficult cases. Being on Friday nights
would have equal cancellation, right? Not when you have
added the mega-success CBS has had with the franchise of
CSI over the last several years into the equation. Remember,
CSI started on Friday nights in its first season before
moving to Thursday as the #1 show in America. ***
Still, Numb3rs continues to remain an favorite on Friday
nights since its debut as a mid-season replacement in 2005.
Season four consists of 18 strike-shortened episodes, starting
with the aftermath of Don and his team discovering an traitor
within them. Charlie decides to follow into his brother's
footsteps and goes into training for the FBI, but may have
second doubts at the end of the finale when he and Don clash
on a case that challenges their personal beliefs. And speaking
of the finale, one of the team members will be leaving the
bureau for good. ***

Final Words:
|
So if CSI made science looks
cool and interesting when it comes to solving crimes, then
Numb3rs has now math looks cool and interesting when it comes
to solving crimes. |
