The Fifth volume from the original run of the series
consists of 12 episodes from the third season of the long
running show. This collection has some of the more memorable
episodes from that season and includes appearances by Leatherhead,
Usagi Yojimbo, Casey Jones, and the Rat King. If you were
a fan of the Heroes in a Halfshell or are just wanting a
stroll down memory lane, this set would be worth a pick
up.
--- Image & Sound: The bright colors of the early 90's
cartoon are crisp and vivid while the sound comes through
crystal clear.

This ongoing collection is more of an attempt to get
all 190 episodes released as opposed to an attempt to give
away goodies.

Because this set is strictly
the episodes without any features, it's probably only worth
a pick up if you are a TMNT fan, are feeling nostalgic, or
have kids. If you don't fit any of those criteria than you
might want to use your funds elsewhere. |
